At Shmooz, we’ve always been blown away by the loyalty and support of our customers; never more so than during the challenging times of the COVID-19 lockdowns discussed yesterday. Even when our physical doors were closed, you continued to shop with us online and stand by us. It meant the world.

So when the world slowly started to reopen between those lockdowns, we launched Shmooz Rewards, our way of saying thank you and giving something back.

So, What Is Shmooz Rewards? 

Put simply: it’s our loyalty program, and like everything we do at Shmooz, it’s straightforward and designed with you in mind. No convoluted rules. No fine print to squint at. Just real rewards, for real customers.

Here’s how it works:

• You earn 5% back on every purchase, both in-store and online.
• For example, if you spend £100, you’ll receive 500 points (worth £5) added to your account.
• All purchases count - from clothing to footwear, Carhartt WIP to Paul Smith, boxers to socks.
• Points never expire. That’s right, whether you check in regularly or haven’t visited in a while, your rewards are still waiting.

Redeeming Your Points

Use your rewards in the way that suits you:

• In store: Redeem points in £5 increments.
• Online: Exchange your balance for a voucher in 50p increments.

We see all kinds of smart saving strategies from our Shmooz regulars. Some customers build up points all year and treat themselves at Christmas, while others cash in their rewards as soon as they hit that £5 mark. Either way, it’s your call!
